FREE Coaching Session – experiencing coaching is one of the best ways to know if it is right for you.   It will also create an opportunity to determine if you and I are a good match.  Schedule your FREE session with absolutely no obligation or pressure by calling me now at 1.815.494.1573.

Individual Coaching Packages – includes  phone or in-person sessions scheduled to meet your needs; access/accountability throughout the month via e-mails or ‘check-in’ phone calls, and retainer services.  A three month commitment is recommended and includes a Strengths Finder 2.0 assessment at no extra charge.  A range of Individual Coaching packages are available to suit your financial and time resources.

Group Coaching Packages (groups require minimum of 4 participants)

 Energy for Life – explore and develop a customized plan to give you more energy for your busy life (see WELLNESS for details).

 Want to Become a Life Coach? -  investigate what it takes to start a Coaching Business and assess if it is a good fit for you and your future.  Four (4) weeks – one (1) 60 minute session per week.
